1. Acceptance
By registering and using the Strategos platform you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Service description
Strategos is a B2B platform that provides an AI assistant accessible from Telegram, contextualized with the information, strategy and data of the contracting company.
3. Account and registration
Each registration creates its own company. The primary user (owner/admin) is responsible for managing their account and inviting their organization's employees.
4. Employees' Gmail consent
Access to employees' email requires their explicit, informed consent. The owner is responsible for obtaining it. Strategos will not access email without such consent, and will revoke it immediately if the employee requests it.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use Strategos to:
- Mass surveillance or continuous monitoring of employees without their consent.
- Illegal activities or activities that infringe third-party rights.
- Store sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for the service.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, its code, design and documentation are owned by Bits&People S.L. The content you enter (strategy, org chart, data) remains your company's; you grant us a license to process it solely to provide the service.
7. Availability and SLA
During the beta phase, the service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% availability. Specific service levels (SLA) will be published in later phases.
8. Pricing
During the beta the service is free. When the production version launches, applicable plans and prices will be published at least 30 days in advance.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. After cancellation, all your data is deleted within a maximum of 30 days. Employee data (consent) is also deleted immediately.
10. Limitation of liability
Strategos is not responsible for the decisions you make based on the AI assistant's answers. It is a support tool, not a substitute for human judgment nor a financial, legal or other advisor.
11. Modifications
We may modify these terms. We will notify you by email or through the platform at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Madrid city, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
